This is the second most broken inner roller in the WWII Parker Appliance Company tube beading tool set. Our aerospace customers have requested that we design a high shear #6 inner roller for modern stainless steel tube applications. As such, we redesigned the roller with made in the USA, H11 tool steel and state of the art vacuum heat treating. This is the material used on aircraft landing gear and missile parts. The #6 inner roller will fit all beading tools including Parker, ATS, and Graham Tool. This is a proven tool with a long history. Available to the public by popular demand. Manufactured in California. Useful to form a bead on rigid tubing for hose and hose clamp applications. Works on tubing with 3/8" O.D.. Can be used on aluminum, copper, steel, and stainless steel.

This listing is for the #6 inner roller only, not the complete tool. Nevertheless, the beading tool is simple to use. Step 1. Place tubing in vise v-block and cut to length with a tubing cutter. Step 2. Deburr the I.D. and O.D. Step 3. Oil tube. Step 4. Install the tool, tighten the knob, and start the bead. Progressively tighten the knob with each 360 degree rotation.
