Professional At-Home Kit Includes Impression Kit and a Two-Way Expander Appliance

The process is simple:

1. We ship you an at-home impression kit with instructions.

2. You return the impression in a prepaid box via the US Postal Service.

3. We fabricate the expander and ship it back to you.

Manufactured in the USA. Designed for adults 18 and over. Intended for the replacement of missing, damaged, or duplicate appliances. In some cases, a lab form filled out by a dentist or orthodontist may be required.

Includes a hassle-free replacement impression kit if you don’t get it right the first time. Simply contact us and say, “I need another impression kit.”

Return Policy:

Due to the custom-built nature of dental appliances, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to resolving any issues or accommodating special requests. Understanding that unexpected circumstances may arise, we have implemented a graduated, pro-rated return policy based on the stage of your appliance's production:

1. Impression Kit Shipped: If the impression kit has been sent to you, the charges are $50 for an upper impression kit, $50 for a lower impression kit, or $100 for both upper and lower impression kits.

2. Additional Impression Kits Provided: If we have sent you additional impression kits.

3. Manufacturing Stage: If your appliance is currently being manufactured.

4. Appliance Delivered: If your appliance has been delivered to you.

Please note that no refunds are available after 30 days from the final delivery. However, we do offer repairs and replacements for an additional fee. For specific percentages or dollar amounts regarding returns, please contact us directly.
